According to the African Development Bank’s Human capital Strategy, harnessing the potential of 1 billion Africans by building their skills has the potential to promote Africa’s growth and economic prosperity must be a vital goal for government and industries. The World Bank identifies 43% of this population below age of 15 years and suggests that fortifying Africans to reach their full potential will enable them access to a world full of opportunity and promise.
